idk we need just a little substance otherwise ppl will be just making random hits for no apparrent reason. The world war style assassin war sounded cool but i think executing it will be kinda iffy. I say we just make two factions that square off. Easier to tell friend from foe that way.

I think we should have as minimal plotline as possible and have it be as true to democracy and the running of international organizations as possible. We should have a bit of rules that need to be followed but overall lets just let the roleplay be the plot. It'll be experimental at first and then when if it doesn't work out, then we can just say "Oh, we were warming you up for a story arc," or "Well, this didn't work out, lets try a storyline."

Alright both things sound good to me. letting everyone get comfy would probably be a good start. But i think we should have a wanted list. or something like that. like a bingo book from naruto. or police that can and may sometimes catch assassins while they are on the job or even while their just clowning around.
